A community health camp was organized under Project ILAJ in Sopore, Baramulla. Over 320 patients received free consultations from specialist doctors. Key services included blood pressure screening, blood sugar testing, eye checkups, and free medicine distribution. The camp was conducted in collaboration with local healthcare volunteers and government health workers.
